What to bring

Things you will need for class!

Driver’s License

You must have a valid driver’s license before you can take part in the Rider Training Program.

Eye Protection

Sun glasses or clear glasses must be worn at all times while on a motorcycle.

Full Fingered Gloves

Gloves with full finger coverage must be worn at all times during the class.

Sturdy Over the Ankle Footwear

You will need shoes/boots that cover the ankle completely. Shoes/boots should have little to no heel.

Long Sleeve Shirt

A comfortable long sleeve shirt. An over shirt works well, to allow you to cool off during breaks.

Long Pants

Jeans or some kind of comfortable long pants that will hold up to the rigors of riding a motorcycle.

Refreshments

Bring water or sports drinks to help keep you hydrated. You will be outside for half the day.

Rain Gear

If it rains the day of your class, we will still ride. You may want to invest in an inexpensive two piece rain suit.

You must be able to ride a two-wheeled bicycle for enrollment in the BRC. You are required to execute a “Release, Waiver and Indemnification” form. The form will be provided to you prior to participating in this course. Students under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or guardian sign the waiver form on the first day of class.
